I've struggled with chronic yeast infections for a year and a half, especially after becoming sexually active. I've faced multiple infections, which have been exhausting. Recently, I was at my wit's end, battling yet another infection when I discovered these probiotics. Initially, I was taking ones with only 1 billion cultures, which was insufficient. After just a week of taking this product, the yeast infection was resolved with over-the-counter medication, and I feel better than I have in months. Started working immediately! Oh my goodness, this probiotic is fantastic. I felt a yeast infection coming on after postpartum a few weeks after having my son. I knew probiotics could help, and after searching, I found Renew Life as it included effective strains and small capsules. I took one immediately, and within an hour, the itching and burning had notably subsided. I highly recommend this probiotic as I've tried many over the years, but none have been this effective so quickly.

I've noticed a remarkable decrease in yeast infections since I started taking these pills. These probiotics contain the top strains beneficial for vaginal health. After a troublesome year of UTIs leading to frequent antibiotics, I thought I'd wiped out my good bacteria. After taking two pills daily for three months, I feel back to normal. A doctor suggested inserting the pills vaginally, which has also helped prevent yeast infections. Just a word of caution about additives in probiotics that might conflict with YIs. Overall, these worked wonders for restoring my balance.

Tried the 90 Billion CFU from my local vitamin shop. I'm disappointed; after reading reviews, I hoped this would be my cure, but it hasn't worked. This is my third probiotic without relief. I will update if things change. **UPDATE**. Ladies, I wouldn't recommend getting probiotics from here. I ordered these and they didn't help my BV or unbalanced pH. Eventually, I returned to this brand, and after two weeks of taking the 50 billion version, I noticed significant improvements. Less smell, discharge, and discomfort. I sincerely believe these have contributed to my health. I was BV-free a month ago and my gyno says everything looks good.
